I usually fold the edge of my pillow under my neck. With this shape, there’s already support there. Soft under my head, with a more supported feel.

Honestly feels like four things in one pillow. It stays cooler, supports my neck properly keeps my spine feeling more naturally aligned, and the memory foam gives just the right amount of support. I wake up without that usual neck stiffness now. Easily one of my best purchases.
